<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 27pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; mso-char-indent-count: 2.25"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">修订后的英语课程标准对教育教学理论和教学实践更包容。在旧课标中非常强调任务型教学的途径。而在新课标中则更加弱化任务型教学途径。鼓励老师积极采用适合学生、适合自己的教学方法。笔者在旧的新课标使用之初就在新思维网站看到了包天仁等人与龚亚夫等人的激烈辩论。包教授等人认为作课程标准不能只鼓励一种教学途径，应该让更多的教学方法得到发展和运用。这是有道理了。新修订的课标是学术论争的成果。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

<title><![CDATA[小学英语课堂笔记的现状分析]]></title>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 30.85pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; mso-char-indent-count: 2.57"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 楷体_GB2312">学生走了之后，我又仔细研读了一遍这张毕业卷。我隐隐地感觉到这张试卷估计是桐乡市小学英语教研员凌老师出的（后来从网上查了一下，果然如此）。可以说这张试卷是对前几年小学英语毕业考试的一个颠覆。前几年的小学英语毕业考主要考查六下四个单元的内容，而且只考查一些浅层次的语言知识。而今年的小学英语毕业卷不仅是对整八册的小学英语知识点进行了综合地考查，而且还着重考查了学生的综合语言运用能力。许多题目比较灵活，需要学生思维的参与，需要学生在理解的基础上进行分析和运用。看到这样的试卷，许多老师都感慨道考试前的一个多星期算是白复习了。更有甚者道：“六下的内容不上都可以的。”言下之意就是本卷基本上是在考查前几册教材的内容。<SPAN lang=EN-US style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt"><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>

<DIV><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; FONT-FAMILY: 仿宋_GB2312">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 活动开始前，阳光小学的学生纷纷离开座位在“科技咖啡屋”的展板前奋笔疾书，记录他们需要的信息。正当市科协李主席在两位带队老师面前称赞同学们的好学精神时，宇航员们在进入休息室前路过了活动主场地。阳光小学的同学们一眼就看出了走在最前面的翻译官安娜女士，一下子兴奋异常“安娜阿姨，安娜阿姨！”地欢呼起来。在宇航员讲座前的间隙，同学们向李主席和其他参与者介绍了安娜女士。安娜女士是俄联邦驻宇航局中国办事处的处长。今年3月3日，她曾陪同俄联邦宇航局驻中国办事处首席代表罗金博士来到嘉兴市阳光小学参加“给国际空间站写信活动”的颁奖仪式，并亲自宣读德米特里·康德拉吉耶夫国际空间站第27宇航组指令长给阳光小学黄幸安同学的回信。安娜女士的中文非常好，并与罗金博士一样对同学们非常亲切，所以同学们的印象非常深。</SPAN></DIV>

<title><![CDATA[嘉兴市第十三届“南湖之春”开幕式学习心得]]></title>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 27pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; mso-char-indent-count: 2.25"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">第一位进行校长论坛的是市实验的张晓萍校长，她论坛的题目是《为孩子架起通往世界的桥梁——基于国际化视野的课程开发与建设》。张校长从邓小平的“教育要面向现代化，面向世界，面向未来！”以及当前全球化的趋势谈起，提出了基础教育学校的责任之一就是要让孩子有能力用别人听得懂的语言，看得懂的文字，能理解的逻辑让世界了解你的想法和见解。张校长特别强调<SPAN lang=EN-US>Education for international understanding(</SPAN>国际理解教育<SPAN lang=EN-US>)</SPAN>。的确现在我们所培养的孩子，将来可能不仅仅是一个中国人，他们是世界人。随着信息化和互联网的发展，孩子们的将来的聪明才智的“用武之地”不再受地域的限制。他们可能住在一个小村庄，却担负着世界性的工作。基于这样的理解，嘉兴市实验小学开展了丰富多彩的国际化视野的校本教育活动。首先他们在教学思想的开放性上下功夫，拓展教师的国际视野，从而把国际化视野融入到每一门课程中。其二，他们在德育课程开发中进行国际理解的综合实践活动。（另外几条光顾着欣赏忘记记录了）此外，市实验还有许多对外交流活动。有师生艺术代表团到国外交流的，有组织学生到国外考查学习的，更有接待国外友好代表团的活动。总之，市实验作为一所拥有一流师资和多方面资源的一流学校，在国际化视野的教育方面有许多值得学习的东西和方面。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 27pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; mso-char-indent-count: 2.25"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">第二位上台进行论坛的是一位西塘幼儿园的园长袁小红。她们幼儿园利用西塘独有乡土资源来开发幼儿教育的课程资源。她论坛的题目是《大资源、小课程——基于课程开发的学校和教师发展》。他们的课程资源的开发是以课题的形式展开的，而且是几年如一日，紧紧抓住不放。在主课题的引领下开展丰富多彩的子课题研究。在研究中，把课题资源的开发与幼儿、教师、学校的发展结合起来。特别是让教师的课题资源开发的过程中不断成长。他们的“情韵相融、多维互动”的课程开发和教师研训模式给我留下了深深地印象。她们采取了三个措施：<SPAN lang=EN-US>1</SPAN>、特色主题，纵深推进。<SPAN lang=EN-US>2</SPAN>、园所环境，融入课题。<SPAN lang=EN-US>3</SPAN>、园本研训，提升素养。结合下午的专家报告，使我认识到课题包含四个要素：教师、学生、学科、环境。因此教师的研究和创新就是课程资源开发的一个重要方面。西塘幼儿园的课程资源的开发，建立了园本课程的教学资源库、提升了教师驾驭课程建设的能力，增加了教师参与科研的能力，促进了师幼全面和谐并有个性的发展。我觉得他们的经验是值得我们阳光小学学习的。我们也有一个主课题《</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体">创建科技教育特色 培养学生科学素养的实践研究</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">》。我们同样也可以采取这种课题资源开发的模式来提高我们研究的水平和成效。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 27pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; mso-char-indent-count: 2.25"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">第三个进行校长论坛的是平湖广陈中学的石明生。这位校长具有浓厚的国学底子，言语间闪烁着中国传统文化的光彩。广陈中学是嘉兴平湖市一所农村学校，他们充分挖掘自身资源，从乡土风情、历史人物（现在才知道赵孟坚的墓在广陈镇）中提炼出“广德陈善、端正致和”的学校精神和“悟、朴”的学校文化。他们把学校精神和学校文化融入到稻草艺术之中，从种子到萌芽，到稻禾之美，到稻花之香，到洁白的稻米养育了一方人民，这整个稻的形象成了“广德陈善”的最好诠释。从质朴真诚的石校长身上，让人感受到真正的文化是从内心深处流淌出来的，这样的文化更加贴近我们的心灵。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 27pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; mso-char-indent-count: 2.25"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">第四位作校长论坛的卢明校长是浙江元济高级中学的校长，省特级教师。他的论坛主要阐释了他对课程开发的研究与理解。在他人讲座中，我们了解到课程要有明确的课题目标、适切的课程内容、有序的课题实施、恰当的课程评价。他认识把课题分为国家课程、地方课程和校本课题只是一个管辖范围的划分。作为教师更应该关注课题的状态：外在课程和内在课题。外在课题是教材等具体看到的课题内容。而内在课程是基于学生个人经验的。卢校长谈到学习中相对于明确知识，有许多是默会知识是不能靠讲解的。<SPAN lang=EN-US>We can know more than we can tell.</SPAN>默会知识要靠意会和体验才能获得的。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 27pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; mso-char-indent-count: 2.25"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 150%; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体">张华教授首先向我们解释了什么叫课程，我国的三级课程是什么，为什么要设三级课题。通过张教授的讲解，我接触了许多有关课程的定义。更了解到了我们为什么要设计三级课题。国家课程是面向二亿伍仟万中国学生的最基本的要求。但中国这么大，各地有各地的文化和地域差异，因此各个地方要根据国家课程的要求结合自己的文化特色和自己的品味进行调整，使国家课程能适应地方文化的环境。而校本课题是对地方课程的再改造，是根据学校的特点，以及教师、学生的特点进行的再调整和改造。教师的课题实施是一个创造性的过程，是创造性实施国家课程、地方课程、校本课题的过程。课题实施必定要考虑教师和学生的情况。如果离开了创造性地，教师就成为了按图建房的建筑工人了。因此教师既是课题的实施者，又是课题的创造者。学生不仅是课题的学习者，也是课题的重要组成部分。<SPAN lang=EN-US><o:p></o:p></SPAN></SPAN></P>
